Torch Club By: Tessa Gibson This summer at Lide White Boys and Girls Club Brandi Poling started a new club called Torch Club. This club involves a group of kids from the ages 10 to 14. Torch Club helps the community raise money, we talk about drugs and alcohol, and we also have a lot of fun. Recently we have helped a boy named Trey Taylor by having a car wash. Trey was born with multiple birth defects. He has sezierus and has trouble getting up and down stairs. His family is having trouble getting money for a service dog so we had a Car Wash and raised 384 dollars for him. We went to Holiday World for our reward. We had a Great time!
