Boys Wrestling Written By: Mitchell Sandlin (11) You should wrestle because it keeps me busy and out of trouble. Wrestling t eaches you discipline. It also teaches you to keep your balence for other sports. Wrestling can keep you flexible so you'll get less cramps. The coaches are strict sometimes, but they teach us a lot. Wrestling will also help me defend myself if someone was attacking me. I also enjoy watching my friends wrestle others, expecially my friends. Girls Wrestling Written By: Caylee Dempler (12) Wrestling is not just a boys sport, girls can wrestle too. I've been wrestling since I was 6 years old. I began traveling with my brother Trenton to competitions. I began wrestling in 4th grade competitivly. My family regularly travels out of state so my brother and I can compete in meets. We always have so much fun traveling as a family. I won the state tournament my first year wrestling. Wrestling is so much fun. If someone ever wants to fight you, you can always use your wrestling moves to protect yourself. Wrestling makes you stronger and you also make new friends. Written By: Sydney Sandlin (8) You should practice everyday to learn more stuff about wrestling. You should always listen to your coach. They want you to do your best and try to help you. The coaches are very nice. |
